1. Business Days
Please note that the official business days at Paris Clothing Factory are from Sunday to Thursday.
Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays, and public holidays are considered non-working days for both Paris Clothing Factory and the shipping companies.
2. Shipping & Delivery Method
Our mission is to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience. For your convenience, we have simplified the shipping process as much as possible, as customer comfort is our priority.
Paris Clothing Factory delivers orders through trusted third-party courier companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Customers may choose a preferred delivery time (day of the week or month), subject to courier availability.
For urgent orders, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist.
3. Order Receipt & Delivery Attempts
Upon delivery, the customer (or any person present at the registered address) must sign a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the order.
Delivery will be made to the registered shipping address, and any signature at that address will be considered valid proof of delivery.
If no one is available at the registered address:
The customer must contact customer service to arrange another delivery attempt.
Paris Clothing Factory will attempt delivery a maximum of two (2) times.
Paris Clothing Factory is not responsible for any order that remains undelivered for more than 7 days from the date of the first delivery attempt.
4. Order Fulfillment Time
In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days.
Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the specific production timeline stated on the product description page.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are determined in one of the following ways:
Calculated at checkout based on the product type and delivery address, or
Quoted after order confirmation for special orders and added to the final order balance.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the shipping date, not the order date.
Delivery timelines depend on order acceptance and approval.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill and ship orders within 5 business days from the order date.
Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays.

Some products may be shipped in separate deliveries.
To check shipping costs, customers can add items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen.
